Jonathan had an early fascination for wildlife and whilst starting his career as a professional musician and actor he later moved to art through his natural love of oil painting.
Every year his thirst for material involves trips to the wilds of Northern Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Kenya.

Featured artist aboard P&O and Cunard Cruise ships since 2011 to present day.

His paintings now hang in galleries & private collections all over the world, from New Zealand to India, from Botswana to Beverley Hills!

Featured in the National Press and BBC & ITV TV for his Great White Shark painting 2013 and his life size Big Tusker completed Dec 2016. Demand for his limited edition prints has grown to such an extent that he has had sell-outs on publication in the U.K.

Also published with fine art prints by the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation.

Jonathan demonstrates his painting techniques and talks about Conservation at numerous schools and art groups. He has been featured in many magazines, featured in the US Wildlife Art mag. Jonathan has run art safaris in Governors camp in the Masai Mara annually for the last 9 years. He was also joined by BBC`s Big Cat Diary`s Jonathan Scott and world renowned artist David Shepherd in India and Africa. JT ran special wildlife painting/sketching workshop safaris there as he has in the Galapagos islands, India, Canada and Madagascar.

Jonathan exhibited at the highly regarded Tryon gallery in London, and the South Eastern Wildlife Exposition in South Carolina for 5 years.
